When was the last time you stepped outside to feel the sun on your face? Or stopped to take a deep breath and relax in the moment? You take care of your partner, the kids, the house, your job, but when was the last time you paid attention to YOU? Wellness should be found in how we think, how we feel, how we react and how we appreciate and participate in life. We are becoming less healthy in this fast-paced, hard-living life that is based on convenience and a quick fix. We don't take the necessary time to relax, to eat right, and we ignore the warning signs our bodies give us that something is wrong: pain, discomfort, irritability, tension, low energy, insomnia, anger, depression… Does any of this sound familiar? |
